1、 Product Use
E-L10A Series Carbon Arc Lamp Aging Test Box  mainly used for the selection of new materials, the improvement of existing materials or the evaluation of the aging test of the durability of materials after their composition changes. High-intensity carbon arc lamp simulating all-sunlight spectrum can reproduce the destructive light waves in different environments. The change and destructive analysis of materials exposed to sunlight are widely used in artificial aging test of electrical and electronic products, plastics, rubber and color buildings under simulated sunlight. It can also provide corresponding environmental simulation and accelerated aging test for scientific research, product development and quality control.

3. Matters needing attention
The spectrum of carbon arc lamp is composed of continuous radiation from a circular well of incandescent carbon electrode and characteristic spectral lines of metal vapor. It contains strong ultraviolet radiation and produces highly toxic cyanide gas, which is polluted greatly. The operator of the test should pay attention to protection to avoid poisoning or personal injury.
 
4. .Structure Features
1) Imported intelligent temperature and humidity controller for temperature control, with PID adjustment, fast self-tuning, can set a variety of parameters, temperature direct digital display, reading is very convenient.
2) The imported yellow flame carbon arc lamp source is adopted.
3) Using imported SUS316L stainless steel box to meet the requirements of long-term operation under experimental environment
4) Adopting integrated structure, installing harmful gas exhaust vents, reasonable layout and other test execution devices to facilitate test operation
5) Polyurethane foam and ultra-fine glass fibre are used as insulation material for box body. The insulation effect is excellent. The surface of shell is not frosted and condensate.
6) Single door, box door, seam using high and low temperature aging resistant silicone rubber strip as sealing belt
7) Anti-radiation glass observation window outside the filter paper to protect the operator's eyes, multi-layer insulation, prevent the observation window condensation, in order to avoid xenon light rays damage the eyes
8) The bottom of the box body is equipped with condensate drainage outlet, water supply and cooling devices are installed with the lower part of the box body to ensure long-term effective water supply and cooling
9) Carbon arc lamp, which best simulates the UV spectrum in sunlight, can operate automatically, test cycle is highly automated, light stability is high, maintenance cost is low and energy-saving.
