3) Delivery commitment

1) Product Delivery Date

IV. Guarantee Commitment

1) The whole machine is guaranteed for 12 months and after sale for life. Within the guaranteed period, the guaranteed period shall be counted from the date when the equipment has passed the acceptance test.

2) During the warranty period, the company shall be responsible for any deficiencies or failures caused by defects in design, process or materials; free maintenance shall be carried out for failures occurring during the normal use of the product; and basic maintenance fees shall be charged according to the severity of the failures, such as the cost of replacing parts, if the product fails due to improper operation.

3) In the process of using the product, our technical staff will track and understand the operation status of the instrument in time, and establish user information feedback.

4) After the quality assurance period, if the product fails, our company will still be responsible for maintenance, but charges a certain maintenance fee.

V. Product Return Commitment

1) Strictly implement the national three-package after-sales service policy; technical engineers actively assist in dealing with problems arising after the products leave the factory.

2) The returned products require complete package, accessories, instructions, warranty cards, invoices, invoices and explanation of the reasons for the return.

3) Users have quality problems in normal use. Please contact our company quickly during the warranty period in order to get timely maintenance and replacement.
