1. Product Use
2. E-L03H Series Solar Aging Test Box  mainly used to simulate the hazards caused by sunlight, rainwater and dew. Xenon lamp is used to simulate the effect of sunshine. Condensation humidity is used to simulate rainwater and dew. The tested material is placed in a cycle program of alternating light and moisture at a certain temperature. It can be repeated outdoors for months or even weeks in a few days or weeks. Hazardous damage tests have been carried out for several years. It can also provide corresponding environmental simulation and accelerated aging test for scientific research, product development and quality control.

3.Structure Features
1）Vacuum Electrothermal Film Observation window observation of bright and clear field of view, without wiper defogging, can be seen at any time the status of the test product;
2）The imported SUS316L stainless steel box meets the requirements of long-term operation under the experimental environment.
3）All kinds of test execution devices, such as integrated structure and reasonable layout, are adopted to facilitate test operation.
4）Polyurethane foam and ultra-fine glass fibre are used as insulation material for box body. The insulation effect is excellent. The surface of shell is not frosted and condensate.
5）Single door, box door, seam using high and low temperature aging resistant silicone rubber strip as a sealing belt.
6）Anti-radiation glass observation window outside the filter paper to protect the operator's eyes, multi-layer insulation, prevent the observation window from condensation, in order to avoid xenon light rays damage the eyes.
7）The bottom of the box body is equipped with condensate drainage outlet, water supply and cooling devices are installed with the lower part of the box body to ensure long-term effective water supply and cooling
8）The fluorescent lamp which best simulates the UV spectrum in the sunlight has the advantages of automatic process control, high automation of test cycle, light stability, low maintenance cost and energy saving.
