1. Product Use
E-L03A Series Xenon lamp Aging Test Box It should be used for the selection of new materials, the improvement of existing materials or the evaluation of the aging test of the durability after the change of material composition. Xenon arc lamp simulating all-sunlight spectrum can reproduce the destructive light waves in different environments, analyze and evaluate the changes and destructive effects of materials exposed to sunlight. It is widely used in artificial aging test of electrical and electronic products, plastics, rubber and color buildings under simulated sunlight. It can also provide corresponding environmental simulation and accelerated aging test for scientific research, product development and quality control.

3.Structure Features

5）Single door, box door, seam using high and low temperature aging resistant silicone rubber strip as a sealing belt.
6）Anti-radiation glass observation window outside the filter paper to protect the operator's eyes, multi-layer insulation, prevent the observation window from condensation, in order to avoid xenon light rays damage the eyes.
7）The bottom of the box body is equipped with condensate drainage outlet, water supply and cooling devices are installed with the lower part of the box body to ensure long-term effective water supply and cooling
8）The fluorescent lamp which best simulates the UV spectrum in the sunlight has the advantages of automatic process control, high automation of test cycle, light stability, low maintenance cost and energy saving.
