1. Product Use
     E-H02A series constant temperature and humidity test box using Simulation of  sunlight exposure ,rain and othe external environment。It takes only a few days or weeks to reproduce the destructive tests of the products exposed to ultraviolet radiation in the outdoor sun for a long time, and to see if the products have faded, discolored, decreased brightness, powdered, cracked, blurred, brittle, decreased strength and so on. At the same time, it can also reproduce the destructive phenomena caused by rainwater and dew, which is widely used to evaluate the weather resistance of products or materials.

3.Structure Features
1) Imported touch-screen control instrument with color micro-computer can be programmed, digitally and directly displayed, and the operation is simple.
2) The equipment is heated by water to maintain the humidity requirement of 100%.
3) Automatic water supply and water self-overflow control system.
4) It has the function of power-off memory and can continue the remaining test process when the power is restored.
5) Temperature control adopts co-channel coordinated control of PID and SSR systems, which can improve the stability and life of control elements and interfaces.
6) It has the function of PID automatic calculus, which can reduce the misoperation caused by artificial setting.
7) Illumination, condensation and spraying can be controlled independently or alternately; the independent control time of illumination and condensation and the time of alternating cycle control can be set arbitrarily within 1000 hours.
8) Fully automatic control of the test procedure will provide warning signals in the operation or setting of the test, if any errors occur.
9) The fluorescent lamp which best simulates the ultraviolet spectrum of the UV band in sunlight has the advantages of automatic process control, high degree of automation of test cycle, light stability, low maintenance cost and energy saving.
